By using ASCIIForge you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tools.
Use of the tools
ASCIIForge provides browser-based utilities for generating text and image-based ASCII art. The tools are provided free of charge and as-is, without any guarantee of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Your content and generated output
Image conversion runs locally in your browser; we do not receive or store the images you process. You keep all rights to the output you generate and to any source images you provide. ASCIIForge claims no ownership over your output.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use generated output. You must not use the tools or their output for illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise harmful content, nor attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
Intellectual property
The ASCIIForge name, design, and site code belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. ASCII output you create from your own content is yours.
Third-party services
The site may load third-party scripts (for example analytics and a font CDN) to operate and measure usage. Those providers process data under their own terms.
Availability and changes
We may update, limit, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice. Features may change between versions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASCIIForge is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the tools or reliance on generated output.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
